Why this Substack?
This Substack is my personal platform to document everything I’m learning about football scouting. Whether it’s analyzing young players, studying tactical trends, or diving into what makes a player stand out, I’m here to grow, and I want to bring you along with me. My main focus will be on:
Scouting Young Talents in France: I’ve always been fascinated by the development of young players in youth academies across France. I’ll be sharing my observations, and thoughts on who could be the next breakout players from these never-ending talent-producing academies.
Highlighting Dual-Nationality Players: As someone born in France to Moroccan parents, I have a particular interest in French-Moroccan talents. These players often navigate unique paths in their careers, and I’m excited to track their progress.
Football Stories: I have a thing for trying to understand how everything works, and football is not an exception to the rule, so I will sometimes share my research work on various football subjects.
Even though I’m primarily focused on these areas, I absolutely won’t shy away from exploring young talents and stories around the world. Football is global, and so is my curiosity!
